PNC ECAI workshop Oct 22nd-23rd at National Palace Museum

Hi all,

All IMAS and IDAS students are cordially invited to attend the Pacific Neighborhood Consortium and the Electronic Cultural Atlas Initiative workshop Oct 22nd-23rd, Taipei – at the National Palace Museum.

Please put it on your calendar, and invite your friends.

There is no registration fee, we will talk about our own projects.

It will be fun and interesting – focusing on the collaboration between digital, media technology, with the theme of “Museums: An Approach to Bridging Cultures, Communities and Science.”

The PNC 2014 Conference registration system is open. Attached please refer to the instructions for Step 1 and 2 of the online registration process for Workshop-Only participants.

Participants may choose to purchase lunches onsite at the museum’s restaurants. Discounts will be offered when a conference badge is presented at the counter.  As each lunch will be 1 hour and the restaurants may be crowded due to the number of visitors, participants may choose to purchase set lunch tickets for the two days of the workshop by emailing pnc@gate.sinica.edu by Sept 30th. As for the $80 banquet – skip that part, and continue with the no-fee registration.

For those who register for our workshop, the museum will be open free.
